Todd White. Teacher of Truth or False Prophet?
We'll start at the top, and go down from there.

Hair. Does it matter? God says it does.
1 Corinthians 11 says, "Doth not even nature itself teach you, that, if a man have long hair, it is a shame unto him?" (vs 14) The word "shame" means "an abomination," something that God Hates. It is in the same context of God hating sexual perversion, such as homosexuality. And that is no coincidence, because in times past, when a man was "coming out" (announcing he was homosexual), he grew his hair long. There were men in world history who grew their hair long and were not homosexual, but they generally were involved in an occult group -- so the long hair was part of their rebellion. Rebellion or homosexuality. Regardless, God Hates it!

Dreadlocks. Todd White says that God told him to grow dreadlocks: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4pjMlRq1DcE.
Really, Todd? The origin of dreadlocks indicates a very different spirit at work here. Some say dreadlocks started in Egypt, where mummies have been uncovered with dreadlocks in good condition yet. Others insist it was in India where they claim that the god Shiva (who wore dreadlocks) commanded his followers to wear them. Dreadlocks have shown up in pagan cultures: worn by celts, Sufi's and Sadhus, and more. Rastafarians believe that "knotted hair prevents energy from escaping through the top of the head and hair, allowing it to remain in the body and aid in the strength of mind, body, and spirit." Lets talk about Rastarians.
The religion began in Jamaica in the 1930s. Wikipedia says, Rastas regard him [former emperor of Ethiopia, Haile Selassie] "as an incarnation of Jah on Earth and as the Second Coming of Christ. Others regard him as a human prophet who fully recognised the inner divinity within every individual. Rastafari is Afrocentric..." (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rastafari)
So at every turn we see the dreadlocks are an "Afrocentric" thing that has its roots in any one of many false religions. Somehow, Todd, it just doesn't agree with the Lord God - the holy One of Israel - commanding you to grow them!
"Thus saith the LORD, Learn not the way of the heathen, and be not dismayed at the signs of heaven; for the heathen are dismayed at them." (Jeremiah 10:2)

Todd says vs. God Says.
Have you ever watched Todd preach? What does he preach about? Does he read from his Bible...does he even have one there? We have some Todd quotes, and below each are Bible chapters (not just a verse here and there, but CHAPTERS) that show the total error of Todd White's teaching. Read on...
Todd says, "“You are not saved so you can get to heaven, but so that heaven can get in you and you can destroy Hell as a warrior and one that has enlisted himself.”
The Bible says: John 3, Romans 3, Ephesians 1
Todd says, “You were created to stomp hell.”
The Bible says: 1 Peter 2, Revelation 19-21
Todd says, "God did not tell you to memorize scripture! He told you to become it!"
The Bible says: Psalm 1, Psalm 119:1-16, 1 Timothy 3-4
Todd says, "The only one that will limit you is you; God will not put the brakes on...God wants you to manifest him! All creation is groaning for you to manifest who you've been created to be"
The Bible says: Ephesians 3-4, Colossians 2

Todd White is another of the 1,001 false teachers that run up and down the face of the earth (like his father, Satan). His affiliation is with the New Apostolic Reformation, which is not New, it has nothing to do with the Apostles of Jesus, and it is no Reformation. When even their title is a lie, what will you end up with? Todd White. Any questions?
Jesus says, "Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits." (Matthew 7:15-16)
