Jesus did not save you for your
satifaction or because he wanted to make you feel good. You without
Jesus are no good to God. It was pure mercy and grace that God even
thinks of you but you are saved for God alone. For HIS PLEASURE and
so you give Jesus the Glory
14 Seeing
then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the
heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our
confession. 15 For
we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our
weaknesses, but was in all points
tempted as we are,
yet
without sin. 16 Let
us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain
mercy and find grace to help in time of need.1
Jesus knows how you feel. He really
does and he is one that has felt all things and he is all knowing.
So the truth of this makes me think he wants to help us in all
things. Jesus was tempted to sin like we are and yet he never sinned
so he knows what it is your dealing with. Jesus offers his grace to
us if we come and take it. He cares and he saves and gives us mercy
when we ought to go down and lose all.
